Project Overview
In February 2026, we took on a land clearing and sod project that turned an overgrown area into a clean, usable yard. The job combined two of our most-requested services — clearing out the existing brush and vegetation, then finishing the property off with fresh sod for an instant green lawn.
We brought in the skid steer and mini excavator to knock down the overgrowth, pull roots, and get the ground ready for new turf. Once the area was cleared, we graded the soil smooth so the sod would lay flat with good drainage and even contact with the dirt underneath.
After the grading was dialed in, we rolled out the sod, tamped the seams, and watered it in. The end result: a property that went from rough and overgrown to clean, green, and ready to enjoy — all in one project.
